Years back, I noticed something on my face” rash”, I became usually picky, even when the situation was better I couldn’t stop picking.
My fingers were constantly on my face to a point that it became a habit. By then I started having dark spots on my face as time went on the dark spot became much, making my face look rough. Yes, I was young, so I wasn’t getting it, because in spite of how rough and busy my face became, I couldn’t stop picking. Funny enough the rash wasn’t even as critical as I made it look but due to constant touching of the face, the whole thing escalated. It became an unpleasant habit for me as my fingers were constantly looking for something to hunt, despite the fact that I tried stopping it, I still do it unconsciously.
I felt nobody was looking at me not till I started noticing myself lol, no doubt immaturity was part of it and it continued until I became an adult by then I’d started taking care of myself, I had already have much dark spots to deal with.
I started buying and using different products to clear the black spots, some of these products were made with strong chemicals that aren’t even good for the face and body. That was how I kept changing these facial treatments and a number of them had terrible reactions, it was a war against dark spots. Even at that, I was still trying to stop the habit. God; I wonder how human beings deal with bad habits because it wasn’t easy to restrain myself from doing it. Everything I used then, was to no avail and they kept prescribing more treatments for me, and for someone who is looking for a solution, I kept trying, spending money, time, and effort.
I had a long battle with my face till I came across a herbal cleaning soap, “it smells so natural”, I commenced using and observing it. With time I started noticing some changes on my face, it wasn’t an immediate change anyway, but due to the fact that I was instructed to keep using it and I do not combine it with anything else, so I heed to the advice and over time, my face got better and better, not just the face, It also gave me an excellent skin. Remember the major problem was the rash that kept appearing on my face, So the soap cleared my dark spot but once in a while I still get a little of this rash, but I’m glad I stopped the habit, even though it was a conscious effort, it stopped.
One day, I bumped into an old pal and we talked for long, in our long discussion I hinted on my predicament, so she told me to stop using body sponge on my face that it could be the reason. Then I stopped using my body sponge and bought a tender one for my face but it didn’t prevent it till I discontinued using a sponge. When I stopped, I noticed the rash wasn’t coming again. I couldn’t believe sponge was responsible for this all the while. Now to confirm my observation, I tried using the sponge again on my face and it came back. I was happy finding a solution and on that account, whenever I see such things on someone else face, I usually proffer this home remedy and I’ve gotten testimonies from people. Right now I rather wash my face 10times with soap and rinse than scrubbing with a sponge.
Some people get a separate sponge for face and it works for them, but some will have to stop using a sponge on their faces. Recently I also found out that many people hardly use a sponge on their faces while some feel without sponge it’s difficult to get rid of dirt. So after my experience, I learned to care for my skin and I started using organic products. Some of these chemical substances we use are very dangerous to the skin and if you are not careful enough, you might get your pores and broken skin. So since my skin returned back to normal, I became conscious of what I use, prevention they say is better than cure and I’ve been there before, I almost damaged my skin while looking for a solution and I learned a lesson from it.

What so many people don’t know is that our lifestyle affects our skin, positive lifestyles improve the skin. For me to get the skin I wanted I had to change my lifestyle, I start using organic products, eating healthy foods, and it doesn’t cost much to live a healthy life. I tried my best to reduce stress, there is avoidable stress. I started exercising, even though I don’t do it for too long, the little I can work well enough. I also had to start sleeping on time, some of us don’t sleep enough and it affects our skin and health.
